Suggestions: video in your home is wonderful also check your child’s cell phone, your cell phone and your home for recording devices planted, apps etc. Nothing worse than being in court realizing someone must have been listening to you and has recent pictures of himself in your home when never invited in.
Install Snapchat on child’s phone: you can track them and send messages that auto delete and don’t show up on a phone bill. This would be for emergency use say if find my iPhone turned off.
How to talk to your child, best line told to us so far: things can happen to you, bad things but you only become a victim when you decide to let it change you for the worst.

I’m not aware what particular apps but I do know there are things now a days where someone can completely scrub your phone calls and texts, copy your phone completely thru a link. There are also hidden cameras that look like wall outlets or can be put in air vents. GPS trackers someone can put under/in your car. Just even the apple AirTag now could be put in your car without you knowing. I’d say if you feel like something is off trust your gut.
